Overview
Trim Forge is designed for local video trimming. The app does not require an account, and it does not upload your videos or project data to a Trim Forge server.
Information You Provide
You choose videos from your device photo or media library. Trim Forge uses those videos only to let you create clip ranges, preview selections, and export trimmed results.
Local Project Data
Trim Forge stores project metadata locally on your device. This may include project names, selected video file information, clip ranges, the active clip index, and appearance settings.
Photos And Media Library Access
Trim Forge requests photo or media library access so you can select source videos and save exported clips back to your library. Exported videos may be saved to a Trim Forge album where the operating system supports it.
Video Processing
Source videos are processed locally on your device. Trim Forge always uses lossless copy export. Export support depends on the source video format and the device.
Data Sharing
Trim Forge does not sell personal data, does not use advertising SDKs, and does not send your videos or project metadata to a server for analytics, advertising, or remote processing.
Deleting Local Data
You can delete projects in the app, clear app storage through your operating system where available, or uninstall Trim Forge to remove local app data. Exported videos saved to your photo or media library remain under your control in that library.
Children's Privacy
Trim Forge is not designed to collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account and does not collect user profiles.
Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated when Trim Forge changes how it handles data. The latest version will be published on this page.
